RESOLVED� That Rule XVII of th� Standing Rules of the
Council, adopted February 10, 1921, be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows: �
"Reconsid'eration. When a question has been voted upon�
it shall be in order for any member who voted on the
prevailing side to move a reconsideration at either
of the next �wo regular Council meetings oceurring
thereafter."
