In the ma.tter of condemning and taking a permanent
' easement 20 feet in width for the purpose of constructing -
and maintaining a public sewer on, under, across and through
that part of Lots 21 through 30, Blk. 1, Merriam Park 4th Addition
except that part taken for highway purposes, the centerline of said
easement being described as follows: Commencing at the intersection
of the centerlines of Clevelapd Ave. and St. Anthony Ave. ; thence
northerly along the centerline of Clevelanci Ave. 404.25 feet; thence
northwesterly on a deflection angle of 64°31� to the left a distance
of 37.5 feet to a point on the west proper.ty lire of Cleveland Ave.
which is the beginning point of said easement; thence northwesterly
on a deflection angle of 10°10� to the left a distance of 156 f eet;
thence northwesterly on a deflection angle of 9�58' to the right a -
distance of 144 feet thence northwesterly�on a deflection angle of
1021� to the left a distance of 275 feet and there terminating,
under Preliminary Order No. 231026, approved December 1, 1966.
RESOLVID, That all orders in the above matter be and the
I/) same are hereby cancelled, annulled and rescinded, and all
� proceedings in such matter dfscontinued. �
