WHEREAS, The Committee on Lands has approved the sale of
certain lands to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority, .
under terms of vacation proceedings C.F, 233121, dated
April 21, 1967, said lands described as follows;
. The southerly 20 feet of Lots l, 2, 3,, and 4, ' �
Block 27, St. Paul Proper, and
WHEREAS, Said agreement by the Committee on Lands is _
attached and submitted herewith, �
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Corporation
Counsel be directed to prepare a quit clai.m deed to said
' land, as vacated, and forward to the Housing and Redevelop-
ment Authority of the City of Saint Pau1.

has negotiated the vacation of certain property described as `

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority have accepted the �
terms of said vacation with payment to the "City of St. Paul �
in the amount of $1.00 as compensation for the sale of the land.

dated April 21; 1967; therefore, we, the Committee on Lands, :
do recommend to the Council of the City of�St. Paul that it �
authorize the purchase of said land by the _Housing and ' •
