Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.F. 6245-02
(T.H. 3=115) , S.P'. 6244-03 (T.H. 56=112) , S.P. 6244-10 (T.H. 56=112), S.P. 6283-50
(T.H. 94=392) ; and
WHEREAS, Said special provisions are on file in the office of the Department '
of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled-, and identified as S.P'.
6245-02 (T.H. 3=115), S.P. 6244-03 (T.H, 56=112) , S.F. 6244-10 (T.H. 56=112) ,
S.F. 6283-50 (T.H. 94=392) which, together with the Minnesota Department of High- ,

Commissioner of Highways, constitute the speci�ications for said improvement of

the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended b� mean, refer to, and
incorporate the plans and special provisions in the foregoing recitals particularly
identified and described; `
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED, That said plans and special provisions for the
improvement of Trunl� Highway Plumbers 115, 112 and 392 renumbered Trunk Highway
.Numbers 3, 56, and 94 within the limits of the City of Saint P'aul be and hereby �,
are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the elevations and grades as shown in said plans �
and special provisions be and they are hereby approved end consent is hereby given
to any and all changes in grade occasioned by the construction of said Trunk High-
way Numbers 115, :,112, and 392 renumbered as Trunk Highway Numbers 3, 56, and 94 in ;i
accordance with said plans and special provisions.
