The property has a frontage of 132 feet along �hitall Street and 235 feet along Bradley = Street with an area of 31,020 square feet. The area to the west, north and east is zoned "B" residence and the area to the south is zoned Light Industry. The area uses are as follows: west, one and two-family; north, vacant; east, one-far�ily and vacant; and south, one-family and vacant. The Comprehensive Plan reco�ends :multiple-family for the pro- perty and area. - It was the findings of the Boa�tk' that the proposed use would have no . detrimental effect on the area.
