Whereas, The final costs for the construction of the -
KELLOGG-CEDAR CLEAR WATER SE�WER SYSTEM, Comptroller's Cont'ract
L-6831, have been determined, and -
�rThereas, Upon final allocation of funds from which the �
above improvement was to be paid, it was found� that the amount
originally set up for its f inancing is insufficient to meet
the final costs and that an additional amount of $10,488.39
will be required; therefore be it -
Resolved, That the amount of $10,488.39 be financed from
City's share of Local Improvement Fund, Code 0920-701 (1967) ,
to finance the additional cost of the above improvement. '
