known as WHITE BEAR HILLS for the Village of White B'ear Lake, �
authorized by and subject to the provisions, terms and con-
ditions of the City of Saint Faul Ordinance No. 12387, approved
January 18, 1963, for the connection of the public sewer system
of the Village of �lhite Bear Lake with that of the City of Saint
Faul, prepared bq Consulting Engineers of said Village and
, approved by the Village Council of White Bear Lake, and here-
tofore submitted to and approved by .the Commissioner of Public
Works and the Chief Engineer, hereby are in all things approved.
