WI�REAS, 'I�he City Architect has requested the City i
Council to hold a public hearing to consider the advisability
and necessity of the correction or wrecking and removal of the
one story commercial frame building at 705� Selby Avenue, more
particularly described as Lot 24, Block 3, Holcombe' s Addition
to Saint Paul because said building is reported to constitute
a hazardous structure, and •
WI�REAS, It appears that the last known record owner of
the property is Sherman Investment Corporation; a Minnesota�
corporation, c/o Finch Building, 251 E. Fifth Street; and the
following appear to have an interest of record; S and S� Inc. ,

is mortgagee, Eugene J. Schway, taxpayer; therefore be it "
RESOLVED, Z'hat a public hearing be h`e�ld by and before
the Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chambers
of the Court House and City Hall, in said city at ten o 'clock a.m.
on Friday, July 21, ,1.967, to consider the advisability and
necessity of ordering the correction or wrecking and removal
of the structure on the abov�e• deseril�ed�pi•operty because said
structure is reported to constitute a hazardous building and
a hazard to public health, safety and welfare; be it
