of a pa�t of Marshall�°s Subdivision of Block 27, Mackubin &
Marshall•rs Addition to Saint Paul, because said building is _
• reported to constitute a hazardous structure, and

WHEREAS, it appears that the last known record _
owner of the proper�y is Vivian Ruth Washington, 2640 Ca�dwell
Street, Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska; and the following appear
to have an interest of record: Arthur E. Thom, Inc. ; therefore,

RESOLVED, That a public hearing be held by and
before the Council of the City of Saint Pau`1, in the Council
Chambers of the Court House and City Hall, in said city at
ten o�clock a.m. on Thursday, July 20, 1967, to consider the
advisability and necessity �o£ ordering the correction or
wrecking and removal of the structure on the above described
property because said structure is reported to constitute a
hazardous building and a hazard to public health, safety and -

Further Resolved, That the City Architect, on behalf
of the City Council, notify by mail the record owner of the
