WI�REAS, 'I'he City Architect has reaguested the City �
Council to hold a public hearing to consider the advisability �
and necessit�r of the correction or wrecking and removal of the �
' �one and two story office and warehouse at 1495 Marshall Avenue, ,
more particularly described as Lots 17, 18 and 19, Block 4 -
Macalester View Addition to the City of Saint Paul�7because said
building is reported to constitute a hazardous structure, and
WI�REAS, It appears that the last known record owner
of the property is Rexall Drug and Chemical Company, a Delaware
corporation, 8480 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, California; therefore
be it •
RESOLVED, 'I'hat a public hearing be held by and before
the Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chambers
' of the Court House and City Hall, in said city at ten o ' clock a.m. �
on Friday, July 21, 1967, to consider the advisability and
necessity of ordering the correction or wrecking and removal �
of the structure on the abpve described property because said
. structure is reported to constitute a hazardous building and a
hazard to public health, safety and welfare; be it
FURTI�R RESOLVED, 'I'hat the City Architect, on behalf
of the City Council, notify by mail the record owner of the •
property in question at the last known address, as well as other �
interested persons of record, of the date and time of the hearing.
