WI�REAS, 'I'he City Architect has requested the City .
Council to hold a public hearing to consider the advisability .
and necessity of the correction or wrecking and removal of the
duplex two-story dwelling at 599-601 Selby Avenue, more �
particularly described as Lot 15, Block 3, Woodland Park
addition to the City of St. Paul because said building is
reported to constitute a hazardous structure, and ;
WIIERE�S, It appears that the last known record owner '
of the property is Anna Robinovitz; therefore be it =
RESOLVED, 'I'hat a public hearing be held by and
before the Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council �
Chambers of the Court House and City Hall,� in said city at
ten o'clock a.m. on Tuesday, July 25, 1967, to consider the
advisability and necessity of ordering the correction or �
wrecking and removal of the structure on the above described �
property because said structure is reported to constitute a hazard-
ous building and a hazard to public health�, safety and welfare; -

FURTHER RESOLVED, 'I'h.at the City Architect, on behalf
of the City Council, notify by mail the record owner of the

property in question at the last known address, as well as
other interested persons of record, of the date .and time of
the hearing.
