RESOLVED, that the se�tlement of $800.00 for the interest
the City of Saint Paul has under a tax deed to said property
is hereby approved and the proper City officers are autho- �
rized and directed to execute the Stipulation for Settlement -
herein and to execute any documents necessary to accomplish
said settlement and to accept the payment of $800.00 as such ,
