The State of Minnesota herewith makes claim upon so much of the pro-
ceeds of the captioned condemnation proceedings payable to Edward PZ. Smith •
as may be sufficient to satisfy the follo�ring judgnent .in favor of the plain-
tiff and against said Smith: Ramsey County District Court Docket No. 333,957,
in the amount of �17g.76, for state withholdir�g taxes. This judgrnent has been '
partially paid, and there remains a balance in the sum of �105..29. The fore- !
going jud�nent constitutes a lien upon the real estate owned by said Smith ly- '

ing in the County of Ramsey. '
WE�R.EFORE, the State of Minnesota makes claim as aforesaid, or in the .
