To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary o der
of the Council known as Council File No. 232918 approved Anr. llth. 19 6�
relative to reconstructint� the sidewalk on both sides of Oakdale Ave. from E. Pagl St.
to E. Sidnev,St. and bv doin� all other work which is necessary and incidental to�com-
plete said improvement. I

1. The es�imated cost thereof is $3.25 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 5 t.
wide and $3,80 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide.
2. A pla�, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and made �a
part thereof.
