WHER.EA�, the City Architect;�has requested the City Council
to hold a public hearing to consider the advisability and necessity of the
correction or wrecking and removal of the single fraxne dwelling and garage
at 1095 Mackubi.n �treet, more particularly described as Lots 3 and 4, Block 10,
Como Prespect Addition to Saint Paul, because said structures are reported
to constitute hazardous structures, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the last known record owner of
the property is the deceased Julius Friderich Blume, and the following appear
to have an interest of record: Peter Valenty, attorney at law; Benedict Gliskey,
Ramsey County Welfare Department; therefore, be it
RES OLVED, that a public hearing be held by and before the Counci.l
of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber of the Court House in said
city at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 20, 1967 to consider the advisability
and necessity of ordering the correction or wrecking and removal of the
structure on the above described property because said structures are reported
to constitute hazardous buildings and a hazard to public health, safety and
welfare, be it
FUR.THER RFS OLVED, that the City Architect, on behalf of the
City Council, notify by mai.l the record owner of the property in question at the
last �iown address, as well as other interested persons of record, of the date •F
