Whereas, The.City of St. Faul has entered into a joint agreement
with the County of Ramsey and the Village of Maplewood to construct
cooperatively a storm sewer from Phalen Lake to Wakef ield Lake, and
Whereas, The consulting engineer for the Village of Maplewood has
prepared plans and specifications for the construction of this sewer;
therefore be it
Resolved, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that the plans
arad specifications for the Maplewood, Minnesota Storm Sewer Improvement
67-1, P�hase No. 1, Wakefield Lake Overflow Sewer heretofore submitted
to and approved by the Commissioner of Public Works and the Chief
Engineer, hereby are in all things approved.
