To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Commiss�oner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary orde
of the Council known as Council �'ile No. 233148 approved Apr. 25th. 19 67
relative to reconstructin� the sidewalk on the west side of Osceola Ave. from I
Tuscarora Ave north annroximatelv 126 ft abuttin� 675 Tuscarora Ave. and by doing I
all other wor� which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement. I

and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The esti,mated cost thereof is $3.25 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk �
wide and $3.80 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide. '
2. A plan, profil� or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and mad '�a
part thereof.
