RESOLVID, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that pursuant to the
. request of the Commissioner of Public Utilities set forth in his letter
dated May 26, 1967, it shall be and hereby is directed that all title and
interests of the City of Saint Paul and the Board of Water Cou�issioners �
of the City of 8aint Paul to and in the property named in said letter;
namely,
Lot 16, Block 2, Rice Street Motor Zine Addition, lying
soutt�erly of Owasso Boulevard North, Fiit-h a frontage on
. Rice Street of 23.56 feet, a depth of 120 feet, and a
width at the east or rear of the lot of 3.2 feet. '
BE IT �TJRTHER RESQZVID, That this tract shall be disposed of according to

the Rules and Regulations therefor provided by Ordinance No. 13309, approved
August 10, 1966.
BE IT FURTHER RESfJLVID, That after the passage, approval and publication of ,
this resolution, a certified copy thereof shall be forwarded to the Purchas--
ing Agent and one to the City Comptroller by the City Clerk. ,

Gentlemen: ,
Lot 16, Block 2, Rice Street Motor Line Addition, lying southerly of Owasso
Boulevard North, has a frontage on Rice Street of 23,56 feet and a depth of
120 feet, and a width at the east or rear of the lot of 3.2 feet, This lot
is too small to be used except in connection with the adjoining property to `
the south.
The Board of Water Commissioners, at its regular meeting held April 27, 1967,
deemed it to the best interests of the Board and the City of Saint Paul to -
dispose of •the City`s title to this property.
It is hereby requested that your honorable body approve and ratify the action
of the Board and to proceed toward sale of said title according to the rules
and regulations therefor provided, all moneys to be derived therefrom to be
deposited to the credit of Water �nd 0580-000.
Form of resolution herein, for submission to the City Council, is annexed.
