5.The petitioner shall grant to the ;
City of Saint Paul a 5 foot wide 1
permanent easement for egress and !
� ingress,said easement to be adjacent
and parallel to the west wall of the
T.n�rington Branch�Library and run-
ning south from the existing build-
ing located on University Avenue to
, Aurora Avenue.
B.The petitioner shall grant to the
City of Saint Paul a temporary
construction easement covering all ` �i
of Lot 9, Block 1, in said "Linde- � i Ir
mann's Subdivision;' the easement � .�_
to remain in effect until May 1,1967.
7.The petitioner shall grant to the
City oE Saint Paul fee title to the
westerly 12 feet oP Lot 9, Block 1,
Lindemann's Subdivision of Lots 9
and 10 of Iiyde Park Addition to the
City of Saint Paul.
8.The petitioner shall perform all
work necessary for filling and sur- . }
£acing the vacated portion of '
Aurora Avenue, and shall recon-
struct the general street area and
the curb return azea at Lexington
Parkway to the satisfaction of the
Department of Public Works of the
City of Saint Paul. '
9.The bond prov�ded £ar in Chapter
228 of the Legislative Code oE the
City of Saint Paul to be filed by
said petitioner, is hereby flxed at
the sum o4$5.000.
10.The petitioner shall pay to the City
oE Saint Paul the sum of �6,090 8s
compensation for the vacation to-
gether with the costs o!this vacation f ��
proceeding. - "
