Midway Stadium for a concert on theeveni.ng of July 10, 1967,� for a con.sideration
of ten per cent (10�) of the gross receipts from the ticket sales, conditionled
that Peter Ma.y Productions will guaxantee a minimum consideration of
$200.00. Peter May Productions shall pay all co�ts incurred by the City •
� of Saint Paul in connection with presenting said� concert. .
