Resolved, That the taking and condemnation of the lands described in the annexed assessment roll,:.
identified by the sienature of the Commissioner of Finance, and made a pai�t hereof, and the award�iiof�-
damages to the owners of such lands for said taking and condemna.tion as set forth in said assessme�t'k
roll, be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed. �.
