The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Firia,nce _
upon the above impravement, and having conaidered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report a.nd the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improv�� ent
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. � "d

2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is �
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the south side of Hatch Ave. from Farrington St. :tl +�

said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and pl�,ce af
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the tota.l cost thereof as estima,ted. �� .
