The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance �
upon th'e above impravement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: �
1. That the said report and the same is h re eby approved and adopted, and the said improvement �; '
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. "
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is '
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the north side of Hawthorne Ave, from Duluth St. "
east to Water Dept. right-of way a.nd by doing all other work which is necessa.ry �
and in.cidental to complete said improvement, except where good and sufficient
