The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Fi.nance '-
upon the�above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby appraved and adopted, and the said improveme�t
�is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. .
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is •

to reconstruct the sidewalk on the south side of Thomas Ave. from Marion St. to �
Como Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary a.nd incidental to, complet '
said .improvement, except where good and sufficient poured sidewalks now exist. '
