, The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F`ina'n�ce ;
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: (II ,i
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is .
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the south side of Margaret St. from Greenbrier St.
to Dellwood Place and on the east side of_Greenbrier St. from Margaret St. to _
Dellwood Place and by doing all mther work which is necessary and incidental to
complete -said improvement, except where good and sufficient poured sidewalks now ;
