An ordinance establishing a license fee for
radio and television testing machines and providing -
for the regulation thereof. ,

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
`, Section 1. No person, firm, or corporation shall install r
'+�"�or permit the installation of, on premises operated by him or under ,
his control, any device designed and oparated for the purpose of testing
electronic vacuum tubes, transistors or other similar equipment, where
such device is offered for use by the general public and whether or not
a fee is charged for such service, withaut- first having obtained a license '
therefor and payi.ng the license fee as hereinafter prescribed. �
9.00 � �
Section 2. The license fee shall be $�.9=99 per year for each
device. Application for said license shall be made to the City Clerk,
• accompanied by said fee.

Section 3. All licenses issued hereunder shall expire on June 30 ;.
of each year. Licenses issued for a period less than one year shall be �
. pro rated to tha nearest full month or fraction thereof.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
on July l, 1967., _ -
