conditions and reservations:
1.that the description of the alley i
being vacated be described as fol-
lows: the south SO feet of Lots 4
and 5, the north 10 feet of Lot il,
and the north 20 feet of Lot 10, all "

ing to the plat thereof on file in the' �
Offlce of the Register of Deeds in

228 of the Legislative_ Code, as ���
amended, regu lating the procedure

vacation of public grounds; streets, �;k

Saint Paul:
�3.that the Hling fees for recording the
vacations in the OfAce of the Reg- �
ister of Deeds be borne by the
petitioner; ,�
4.that the petitioner, being the FIous- �
1ng and Redevelopment Authority of
the City. of Saint Paul, a public �
agency, pay to the City the sum of
1.00 as compensation for the vaca- �
ion because of the proposed dedica- ,t
tion of lands in the area for street F
purposes and the grenting of the a
sewer easement;
5,that in lleu of a bond the .City of
St. Paul be provided with a written �
covenant conditioned to indemnify , �

penses of every kind and nature
arising or growing out of the vaca-
tion of the alley described in the

8.that the petitioner flle acceptance of }

include a provision that the trans- �
action will be completed within the '
