Whereas, Comptroller's Con�ract L-6866, Armor-Coat Company, Inc. ,
Contractors for 1966 �XTRA ORDINARY MAINTENANCE Contract has been
substantially completed, and ';
Whereas, Said Contractor requests that a portion of the 15% I
retained under the contract from estimates for work done, be paid in � f
advance of the final completion of the contract, and �
Whereas, The Commissioner and Chief Engineer of the Department � �
of Fublic Works approve the payment at this time of $5,193.33 of the
$6,693.33 retained; therefore be it ;

Resolved, That the proper city officials be and they are hereby
suthorized to pay an estimate in the amount of $5,193.33 f��om the �
retained percentage of $6,693.33 to s$id contractor; and be it . `
Further Resolved, That this resolution shall have no force or '
effect unless the sureties on the Contractor's Bond consent thereto
n in writing and file such consent with the City Comptroller.
