R-47 within the City of Saint Pau� ;; ,, Minnesota for the purpose of carr�ing out a rehabilitation project with provisio � for public improvements, including street widening; and � WHEREAS, the Authority has entered into a Contract For Planning Advance for� - ., surveys and plans for an urban renewal project with the United States of America, Department of Housing and Urban Development whereunder the United States of America � has contracted to advance the Authority the sum of Eight Hundred Ten Thousand Sixi ' Hundred Ei�hty-one Dollars (5810,681.00) for the purpose of carryin� out survey a�I ; plans looking to a redevelopment project in the Mforesaid area• and �as reserved mo ies for a Federal Grant to carry out said Project; and � WHEREAS, the City by Resolution, Council File No. 223905 did ado�t a proposal for improvement and a preliminary order to open, widen and extend Dale Street to th�� width of 107.5 �eet from Central Ave�ne to Fvller Avenue by condemning and taking r T� street purposes the following described parcels of land, aIl in the City of Saint � �1� All of Lots Fifteen (15) and Si�teen (16) , Block Ten 1 {10), Macicubin and Marshall°s Addition to Saint Paul, and c�d have the properties affected appraised by an independent appraiser; and FJHEREAS, the aforesaid street �aidening will accomplish the project improven:ent in accordance witli the provisions and objectives of the Redevelopment Plan for Su::rai� - � University Renewal Project Minn.
