. The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance y
upon the above improvement, and having considered sa,id report, hereby resolves: '
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby approved and adopted, a,nd the said improvement '
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. __� '
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is

Resolved Further, 7`hat a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 2�t day of
FebruarY, 1967 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council G°hamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commiasioner o� Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the ma,nner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
