WHEREAS, the cost of reclaiming library materials in ' �
the Saint Paul Public Library system has increased substantially �
in reeent years; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the following fines be established for
overdue printed materials and the loss of transaction cards=
2� per day for children's printed materials, 5� per day for ' 3
adults' printed materials, and 50� for loss of transaction � 1
cards. Fines on all othes library materials will be in pro-
portion to the value of the materials and the fines for printed
library. materials. Th�s rev�ed schedule for overdue library
materials and loss of transaction cards shall be effective 60 ,
days after passage and approval. ;
RESOLVED FURTFiER, that the prior resolution of this Council, �
CounQil File No. 231527, approved January 11, 1967, be and the �
same hereby is rescinded and cancelled.
