There is hereby created a Bureau of Refectories which shall be ��e�st�i��s��}8$, dire�tion and control of the Co�►issxoner of er a;='� e�srees_ s and Public Buildings. _ Section Z. That said Bureau of Refectories shall operate park pavillions, refreshanent stands, golf courses, canoe and boat rentals, bath houses and bathin�be hgs�a��er revenue producing activities of " the Depaxtment of e��=�f a�►sreten � 1" dB $� nder the direction and supervision of the Cammissioner of��;�}ay��i�s°-�and Public Buildings � who shall determi.ne the manner and method of operation thereof, and of the � parks and playgrounds where such activities shall be operated. Section 3. That the Park Refector.ies Re�ltniag:��nd heretofore established is continued hereunder and the Comptroller �is hereby directed • to assign an appropriate account number. Said fund shall be used to pay the cost of maintenance, improv�ent, salarys of employees, and the cost of all supplies, equipment and repairs. Section 4. Al1 receipts and moneys received or collected in the � , operation of said Bureau shall be credited thereto. � Section 5. All unexpended balances remaining in the Park Refectories� Revolving Fund at the end of the fiscal year shall be carried over to the credit �of said fund in the succeeding year.. Section 6.
