' � THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DQES ORDAIN: � { I � Section 1. That Chapter 145 of the Saint Paul Legislative Cod�e be and the same is herebp repealed, and the following new language ' shall be inserted in lieu and iM place thereof: I , ''145. No Parking Zones ! ' 145.01. No Parkin� Zones Established. The no-parking zones established by the City Council as of Januarp 31, 1967, are ; eontinued in effeet� and the Council may add to or modify the I ,� said no-parking zones by appropriate ordinance from time to time,;� whieh ordinances shall not be deemed part of the Legislative Code'. There shall be maintained in the Traffic En ineer s office Traffic � Division of the Saint Paul Police Department� the Traffie Viola�tions Bureau and the Clerk of Municipal Court office,at all times� a��` complete listing of a11 no-parking zones� which said lis�ing is; ' hereby ineorporated in this code the same as if fully set fort}ii� . herein. . . , �IE � � � � l�-5.02. No Parkin� at any time. No person shall� � any t��me� � stop, stand or park any vehiele except 'when ne�:essary to avoidii conflict with other traffic or �n compliance with the directions _ of a police officer� ,or 'other recognized� emergency authoritp� o� , in obedience to a traffic control device� in any No Parking Zorie� now or hereafter established. 145.03. Hours. Said No Parking Zones shall be in effect � � � 24 hours of everp day� except as may be otherwise provided with � . respect to particular zones. � - � - � - 145.04. Powers of Commissioner. The Comm�sioner of Public - Safety may make such changes in the No Parking Zones established ' pursuant to this chapter as he may, from time to time, determine � and shall thereupon cause appropriate signs to be erected or � removed so as to designate clearly the changes which have been ; ' made. � � � 145.05. Signs. Said No Parking zones sha11 be identified � by appropriate signs erected and maintai�ied by the Traffic Engineer. � Section 2. This ordinance sha11 take effect and be in force thi�rty (30) days from and after its passage� approval and publication. Section 3. This ordinance shall be deemed to be a pa,rt of the St. Paul.
