That Chapter 146 of the Saint Pau1 Legislative Code � �� be an the same��is hereby repealed� and the following new language sha12� -- be in�rted in' ]:3eu and in place thereof: j 146. Limited Parkir�g Zones. .'� 146.01. Limited Parking Zones Established. The limited � parki�g zones established by the� City Council as of January 31� 1967� i are continued in effect, and the Council may add to or modify the said � limited parking zones by appropriate ordinance from time to time� which � ordinances shall not be deemed part of the Legislative Code. There � shall be maintained in the Traffic Engineer�s office� the Bureau of i Police Traffic Division� the Traffic Violations Bureau, and the Clerk ' of Municipal Court office� at all times� a complete listing of all � limited parking zones� whieh said listing is hereby incorporated in ' this code the same as if fully set forth� herein. ; - 146.02 Prohibition. No person shall stop� stand or park any � `vehicle, except in eompliance with �he direetions of a police officer oT: other recognized emergency authority, for more than the times set forth ( in said limited parking zones. _ � 146.0 . Exee�tion. i ' The parking restriction�s listed pursuant to ; this chapter shall not apply on Sundays� nor upon the following listed � , � holidays: New Year� Day� Memorial Day� Independence Day, Labor Day� Thanksgiving and Christmas. i Section 2.
