Chapter 94 of the Saint Paul Legislatine Code �� is hereby repealed and the followin� substituted therefor� _ � � 9� Termination of Bonds and Insurance Required by �he City ` � 94.01 Bond 2ermination. Whenever tkie surety, or either � surety if there be more than one, on any bond required to be filed with the Ci�y pursuant to the Legislative Code, elects to �erminat� the liability on said bond, such sur�ety shall cause a written notice of its ir�tention to terminate its liability � to be served upon the principal to said bond and the Comptroller� C of the City of Saint Paul, giving said principal at least ��-days' in which to aecure a new bond, and upon filing proof of such ' . service with the City Comptroller, and upon .the expiration of said 30-day period, the liability of such surety or suretie� shall terminate, and the license or permit for which said bond � was given shall automatically be cancelled and annulled unless within said period of 30 days the said principal shall f ile a � � new and acceptable bond. . - l , � � g�.02 Insura,nce Termination.
