The Advisory Committee will recall that the City Council and the ` Board of County Commissioners increased the Welfare BoardTs appropria- � tion by $583 ,000 and increased its estimated receipts and reimburse- ' ments by this same amount. ��a�63�� ' We estimate that receipts will be $186,760 less tha the revised 1966 ��' estimated receipts , and the expenditures will be less than �} �� the revised 1966 appropriation. Based upon these revised budget t < < figures , we will have a surplus of $233 ,874, which includes $149,307 : . surplus in the Contingency Fund, which is reported as" an ear-marked . + accour�-t. _� ` ` � -- `-l�--�-- - t The Ramsey County Welfare Board.�at its meeting on December 13, 1966 , � voted to recommend that the-surplus in this Contingency Fund be used 4� to offset the Saint Paul-Ramsey Hospital deficit of $148,881.
