This is written in response to the Appeal of Arnold F. Blehm f
to extend Commercial zoning across an entire lot. The pro-
perty is located on the northwest corner of Arcade Street ;
and Sims Avenue, described as, except the West 2 1/2 feet of ,
the South 40 feet of Lot 16 and the South 40 feet of Lots 17
and 18, Block 21, Arlington Hills Addition. ,
This matter was considered at the November 17, 1966 .Board of �
Zoning meeting. Arcade Street was zoned Commercial for a
depth of 100 feet in 1922. The appellant wishes to extend i
x� . the Commercial zorting �' feet on his property and construct .
an addition to his building. ,
It was the findings of the Board that it would be reasonable '
to grant the extension of use and; therefore, recommends
that the Appeal be granted.
