RESOLVED, upon the pertinent appeal under the Zoning Code
by Raymond J. and Delcenia L. Duffina� as owners of the sub�ect
property situate in� the City of Saint Pa�.l, described as the
East three feet of Lot 7 and all of Lot 6� Bloek 11, Nininger &
Donnelly' s Additio� to Holcombe� s Addition to Saint Paul located -
on the south side of Hague ,�'venue between Avon and Fisk S�treets�
that the provisions of said Zoning Code hereby are determined and
varied in application so that the premises may contain separate
aceommodations for several, not in excess of four families, �
provided that the eontinuance of such four-family dwelling be for
the remaining life of the structure now on said premi�:s� and
provided f�.rther, that the appellants comply with the changes
set forth in the Bureau of Public Buildings and Housing Code
Division report dated October 20� 1966, and provided further,
that such permission shall lapse ipso facto t�nl.ess the appellants
are in full compliance with the above report� dated October 20� ,
1966, within one year from the date of this resolution� and
provided further, that the appellants provide a total of four �
off-street parking spaees to be developed on the property�
aceeptance of this resolutior� and terms to be made by the
appellants� and sub�ect to compliance with said provisions the
Coun�il expressly finds that such relief will be consistent with
" the public health and general welfare, and that sa3d relief and •
permission herein granted is sub�ect to the further condition
that the appellants and their .suecessors and assigns otherwise
shall make due eompliance with all appli�able provisions of
Municipal Ordinances� State Statutes� rules and r�gulatiors of

Delcenia L. Duffina to legalize and continue an existing illegal
four-family use on property classified as "B" Residence. The �
property is located on the south side of Hague between Avon and

means of identifying the areas used by our electrical inspector; '
however, it is understood that the occupancy of the building is re- t � �
duced to a four apartment use and some of the areas presently used � �
as kitchens will not be continued as such and those rooms, if put � ; ,
to another use other than a kitchen use, will require that there � :��

15. Plumbing (Basement) - Replace the 4x2 inch saddle on one ! n�
