1. Termination of Contract for Cause. Tf, through any cause, the Contr�c or ,�
shall fail to fulfill in timely ancl proper manner his obligations under this x�
Contract, or if theContractor shall violate any of the,covenants, agreements, �+
o: stipulations of this Contract, the Local Public Aget�2y shall thereupon have ��
the right to terminate this Contract by giving wrirten i�otice to the Contractor ' "� �

Agency nay terminate this Contract any time by a notice in writing from the - �

�ahich bears the same ratio to the total compensation as the services actually � � '

less payrients of compensation previously made: Provided, however, that if less $ _ ;�

5. Anti-ICicicbacic Rules. Salaries of architects, draftsmen, technical ;
enoineers, and technicians performing work under this Contract shall be paid � �
ti;lcoaditionally and not less often than once a month without deduction or rebate �
on any account except only such payroll deducti,ons as are mandatory by law or 1 `�
