WHEREAS, on November 4`�, 1972, the City of St. Paul was given an ingress/egress easement for use
by the City of St. Paul, specifically the Department of Fire & Safety. Said easement is on file with the
Ramsey County Recorder as Document #1844694, filed December 18�`, 1972, and
WHEREAS, the property owner where said ingress/egress easement exists, has requested a relocation of
said easement. The City of St. Paul, Department of Fire & Safety, is in agreement with this relocation
request, so
BE IT RESOLVED, the City of St. Paul, on behalf of itself and the Department of Fire & Safety,
waives its right to the ingress/egress easement dated November 4"', 1972 as filed in Ramsey County,
Document #1844694 on December 18, 1972; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that owner of the above-mentioned property, Snelling Properties LLC, it
successors or assigns, will within ninety days of approval this resolution, dedicate a permanent
ingress/egress easement to the City of St. Paul and sign-off on an agreement outlining the terms and
conditions of this easement relocation, as reviewed and accepted by the proper officials for the City of
St. Paul.

PARKING AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made the day of

between Snelling Properties, LLC, awner of the properry at 1645 Energy Park Drive and the
City of Saint Pani, Departinent af FYre & Safety , in consideration of One Dollaz and other good and
valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowiedged by this agreement, the property owner
agrees to grants unto tha City of St. Paul, Deparanent of Fire & Safety, the use the following area for
vehicular parking purposes:
The most northerly 15 parking statls abutting the west praperty line of the area
knawn as 1645 Energy Park Drive, said property owned by Snelling Properties, LLC.
(Reference the attached Fxhibit "A")
The term of said pazking is for a period of ihree years along the said west property line of the above-
men�ioned site (just south fihe NW gate to tt�e accessing City of S�. Paul property). After 3 years fram
the date of this agreement, owaer has the option to continue the cunent parking arrangement with the
Ciry or elect to provide 15 un-designated stalls within said property at 1645 Energy Park Drive, for
continued use by the City of Paul, Department of Fire & Safety. ��

Snelling Properties, LLC, Grantor(s), for good and valuable consideration, sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged by the Grantor, does hereby Dedicate and Convey to the City of ��,
St. Paul, Minnesota, its successors and assigns, Grantee, a pennanent easement for ingress and �
