, � • Mr. Dean Larson and Mr. A. L. Mueller came to me with a letter ' �

' Dominic A. Cotroneo. I took this letter and�went to the City F� ;,

, I file a new application showing the new officers. This I �- i
, did, and it was filed either November 30, 1966, or shortly � -� �%
thereafter. Now I learn that this was not all that was necessary �= F
and I, therefore, am writing this letter to you to explain what -: �-

� � ' � Dominic A. Cotroneo died June 28, 1966. Within days after -
' ' � his demise, the stock which he held in Minnehaha Tavern, Inc. ' . �
, ' • ' � was sold to the other two stockholders, Alrid L. Mueller and -
_ ; • � , Dean Larson, and Mr. Alrid L. Mueller, who was vice president � E

, '_ , of the corporation, was elected president to succeed Mr. Cotroneo. � `

.. , ' husband' s estate, take part in the operation of Minnehaha Tavern, a -
, . ' Inc. Z*he business was carried on by Mr. Mueller and Mr. Larson. -
, . . � _ There were no probate papers for the sale of the Cotroneo stock y s
