The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary o�der �
of the Couneil known as Council File No. 231098 approved Dec. 8th. 19 66� 4
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the north side of E. Fifth St. from ��
� ��Gotzian St. to Atlaatic St. and by doing all other work which is necessary and in-
