Code ' ; i i� Ted Elzerman has called to my attention some ambiguities � in the language of this ordinance. Therefo�e I have prepared ' � : �, an amendment which should take care of the technical defi- �. �� nitions of those drugs which are prohibited. � � I have also changed the wording of Section 284.06 which has caused us some problems in prosecuting violations of this � ordinance. I have set out specifically the information that -� �� must be labeled on the container. All of this information , E is always put on by the pharmacist when preparing the pre- , ` scription, so there will be no problem as far as law abiding } � citizens are concerned.
