WEEREAS, The City of Saint Paul has transferred to the Nlinneapolis- ��
St. Pau1 Sanitary District the control and responsibility for the �T
operstion and maintenance of a11 these combined storm and sanitary _
sewer diversions and regulators located in the City of Saint Paul
from which the overflow can be conveyed directly to the Mississippi
River, said transfer provided by Ordinance No. 129�+8, C.F. 222705,
approved April 1�+, 1965, and, 4 ,
Wf�EREAS, Paxagraph 2 of Section 1 of said ordinance requires '
the Sanitary District to submit plans and specifications for all i �
' mod3.fications or replacements of said regulators located within '
the City of Saint Pau1 to the City Council for approval, be it i ' �
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for INSTALLATION � �
OF WATER LEVEL and CONTROL STATIONS, co�cT 66�+ A as submitted =
� to the Commissioner of Public Works axe in all things acceptable -F , �
and be it further,
� /�IJ _ RESOLVID, That the City Council by action of this resolution � •
�!- - hereby authorizes the insta]lation and. modi�ication of such extsting �
