RESOLfTED, That pursuant to the Award of the Industrial Commiss '1on -
of the State of Minnesota, dated February 10 , 1967, Lloyd P. Urbans i �.
be paid the sum of $3 ,150.00 out of the Workmen's Compensation Acco�int -
- of the General Fund, representing 20 per cent permanent partial dis�a- ��
bility to the spine , resulting from his injury of February 7; 1966 ,
while employed by the Department of Pa�ks and Recreation and Public �
Buildings , plus payment of the following items directly: Dr. Walla e '.
P. Ritchie, $30.00 ; Dr. Donald P. Smiley, $37.5U ; and to the speciaf ,
compensation fund, $15. 75 ; said payments when made shall constitutej �
a full, final and complete settlement of permanent partial disabili �y ,:
arising out of personal injuries sustained by employee ; -

' FURTHER RESOLVED, that out of the aforesaid compensation the -
employe�, City of St. Paul, shall deduct and pay directly to Nelson� i -
and Faricy, employee's attorneys herein, the sum of $787.50 , 25 per _
cent attorney's fees , which, when paid, shall constitute complete - �
satisfaction for all legal services rendered herein. -
