Since that time our coumittee has met frequently with � � :� i Coffiissioner Peterson, Mr. Avery, and membera of their staff. # _ � I I � ' � � � j �I ' F � f The co�ittee supports the view that d�nping operations in Saint Paul should be upgraded. Y � � • il Our concern is with fee achedules in relationship to operating costs. Many commerc al� � � ' i ; nduatrial haulers have annual contracts. Initiation of a fee system without f �11� , � � and i I � I f � I evaluation could cause unnecessary grievances.
