have fallen off the walls and the ceiling, the � ;
kitchen. cabinets have been torr� off the wall and

heating systems within the building� a I

; � f. The accessory building at the side is i
� deteriorated and vandalized and beyond reasonable '
repair; ` ,
g. The building is unfit for human habitation `
iin its presen� condition� and the above corrections `
must be made in compliance with the Building Code � ,
and the �Housing Code of the City of Saint Paul in
order to make the building habitable; �
h. The building and accessory building con- '
stitute a nuisance and a hazard to the publie health�
safety and welfare because of its physical damage� ;
dilapidation and inadequate maintenance;

ORDER �
1. The owner of the above-described building and accessor �
building shall make the same safe and not detrimental to the pu` lic j
health� safety siid welfare by having the said building and �
accessory building razed and the materiels therefrom removed fr�m
the premises within thirty (30) days from the date of the service �
of this Order. �
2, U'nless such corrective acLion is taken to comply with his ;
Order or an answer served upon the City of Saint Paul and filed� in �
the Office of the Clerk of the District Court of Ra.msey County� � ��
Minnesota,� within twenty (20) days from the date of Lhe service�4of
this Order� a motion for scm�mary enforcement of this Order to r ze •
and remove the said building and accessory building will be mad� to
the Ramse�r County District Court. ,

3. In the event that the building and accessory building �
is to be razed by the City of Saint Pau1 pursuant to �udgment oi
the Dist.�ict Court� a11 personal proper�y or fixtures which may� .
unreasonably interfere with the razing and removal of this building �
shall be removed within ten (10) days from the entry of �udgmen�t; .
and if not so removed� the City of Saint Paul shall remove and I
dispose of such personal property and fixtures as provided by lhw.

4. If the City of Saint Paul is compelled to take any
corrective action herein� all necessary costs expQnded by the �
City will be assessed against the above-described real estate '
and collected as o�her taxes; be it �
