Ci�y Council to hold a public hearing to consider any camplaints about )
the expense incurred by tt�e City of Saint Paul in removing a dangerous �
structure at 422 Mount Ida Street, more particularly described as Lot 3,
John Swainson�s Division of Lots 1, 2, 3, F� 4, o£ iYm. A. Van Slyke's
Re-arrangement of Lots 19, 20, 21 �, 22, Block 9, Warren $ Winslow's
Addition to St. Paul; and
iVHEREAS, it appears that the last known record owner of the
property is Young Realty Company, 1164 East Seventh Street, Saint Paul, ,
Minnesota; now, therefore, be it
