WHEREAS, The property described therein is necessaxy for the site of the pro- � � �
posed Mounds Playground, and the price at which the property may be purchased
, is at the total amount of $1,500.00, a fair and reasonable price according to

WHEREAS, Said Cammittee has recommended the purchase of said property at the

the Council of the City of Sa.int Paul does hereby authorize the purchase of the� �
