2.That the vacation be subject to all
the terms and conditions of Section
228 of the Legislative Code as
amended, regulating the _procedure � �

vacation of public grounds, streets, �
alleys, and highways in the City of il

3.That the owner of the following i
described property acquiesce to the
vacation: that property lying be-
tween the west line of Godes & �

Kelting's Addition to St. Paul, be-

Wakefleld Avenue and the south line
of Wilson Avenue;
4.That a twenty (20) foot wide ease=
ment over that part of Wakefleld

tension of the east and west 11nes
of the north-south alley in Block 3
Godes&Licha Addition,be retainec�
to protect the interests o4 the North-
western Bell Telephone Company;
5.That the City hereby reserves in the
. vacate'd Wakefield Avenue between �
the westerly line of White Bear Ave-
nue and a line drawn from the � ,

Godes & Licha Addition, an ease-
ment for flowage and drainage for
the drainage of starm water runo�

platted alley immediately north of
said vacated Wakefleld Avenue; �
8.That the petitioner pay to the City '
the sum of �4,000 as compensation
for the vacation and provide the �
City with a bond in the amount of
